Three ways to pay. One platform.

Starter is ₹1,299 per 30 days, billed ₹15,588 upfront for 360 days (before GST); there is no 30- or 90-day option. It includes up to 3,00,000 broadcast messages every 30-day period, counted per recipient on each send attempt and resetting at each 30-day boundary (unused messages don’t roll over); up to 1,00,000 contacts; one WhatsApp number; the shared team inbox; one team-member seat plus one admin login; message and broadcast analytics; three months of chat history; and the self-service Template Manager to create, edit, submit and manage WhatsApp templates. Meta reviews and approves templates, so approval isn’t guaranteed. Optional assisted onboarding (₹1,999 one-time) is available. Starter doesn’t include chatbots, automation, TENET AI, the Implementation Assistant, integrations, template writing or approval help, optional services or capacity add-ons, and they can’t be added. If you need any of them, choose another plan.

Platform credits apply to Flex and Pay as you go only. Incoming messages are free. Each outgoing WhatsApp message uses 1 credit, whatever sent it, and a chatbot uses 1 more credit when it starts. Credits are used when we attempt delivery, so a message that isn’t delivered still uses its credit. A chatbot reply is an ordinary outgoing message, so one start and three replies use 4 credits. Generating a QR code uses 50 credits (500 scans included) and a short link 30 credits (500 taps included); each further 500 scans or taps uses 20.

On every plan except Starter, yes, with no activation fee. Every new customer on Essential, Enterprise, Flex or Pay as you go gets 199 TENET AI credits once; renewals and plan switches don’t add more. TENET AI credits never expire, and you can buy more from your account. Included doesn’t mean unlimited: AI use draws on your TENET AI credits. On Flex and Pay as you go, an AI reply on WhatsApp also uses the usual 1 platform credit for the outgoing message. AI replies in the website widget use TENET AI credits only.

No. Assisted onboarding and account setup is optional on every plan, for a one-time ₹1,999. We prepare and submit your Meta business verification with you, connect your WhatsApp number and configure your BizzRiser account. You can also set up yourself at no charge, with guidance from our Implementation Assistant team. Meta decides on business verification, so we can’t guarantee approval or timing. On Starter, guidance from the Implementation Assistant isn’t included.

Exactly 30, 90 or 360 days from when your plan is activated, not calendar months. A 360-day plan is not a full calendar year. Starter is sold for 360 days only, billed ₹15,588 upfront (₹1,299 per 30 days); it has no 30- or 90-day option. Essential and Enterprise prices are shown per 30 days; 90- and 360-day plans are billed upfront, which is why they cost less per 30 days. On Flex, the included credits refresh every 30 days for as long as your plan is active, on every billing cycle, and unused included credits don’t roll over.

Included Flex credits last for each 30-day period and don’t roll over. Purchased platform credits, from Pay as you go packs or Flex top-ups, are valid for exactly 90 days from each purchase. Pay as you go’s 1,499 welcome platform credits are also valid for 90 days. On Flex, your included credits are used first, then any top-ups. TENET AI credits are separate and never expire.

Incoming messages keep arriving and never use credits. Outgoing messages, outgoing automation and TENET AI pause until you renew (or, on Flex and Pay as you go, add platform credits). Your TENET AI balance is kept. Chat history is kept for 1 month on Essential and 3 months on Starter, Enterprise, Flex and Pay as you go. If a plan isn’t renewed within 90 days of its last day, the account is suspended.

On Essential and Enterprise, yes. Capacity add-ons are priced per 30 days and billed with your plan’s cycle. Starter can’t add capacity: switch plans if you outgrow it. Flex and Pay as you go don’t need add-ons, because contacts, broadcasts and chatbot workflows aren’t capped there. The website chat widget (₹999, billed monthly) and Strategic Success Manager (₹9,999 for 360 days) are optional on Essential, Flex and Pay as you go; Enterprise includes both and Starter can’t add them.

Yes. Additional platform credits can be purchased from your account. Top-ups are valid for 90 days from purchase. Your included credits are used first, then top-ups.

Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of your period. A downgrade applies when your current paid period ends.

No. Meta messaging charges are separate from BizzRiser platform fees. Meta charges for delivered business-to-user messages by category and recipient market. Under its October 2026 rules, each phone number has 1,000 free service messages per month before service-message charges apply; qualifying free entry-point exemptions have separate conditions. Often, yes, if the number is eligible for the WhatsApp Business Platform and can receive a verification call or SMS, including some numbers on the WhatsApp Business app today. We check eligibility with you before moving it.
